Modul:etymology languages/canonical names/doc

This module exports a table that converts the canonical name of an etymology-only language to the corresponding code:

The code zls-chs-uk and the canonical name Ukrainian Church Slavonic should be removed; they are not found in Modul:etymology languages/data.
