Modul:languages/canonical names/doc

This module exports a table that converts the canonical name of a language to the corresponding code:

local lang_name = mw.loadData("Module:languages/canonical names")["English"] --> "en"

It covers languages in the data submodules of Module:languages, not etymology languages (Module:etymology languages/data), language families (Module:families), or scripts (Module:scripts/data).

The following errors were detected by Module:data consistency check:

• The canonical name Isyarat Kenya (xki) is missing.
• Bahasa Isyarat Kenya, the canonical name for the code xki, is wrong; it should be Isyarat Kenya.
• Bahasa Isyarat Malaysia, the canonical name for the code xml, is wrong; it should be Isyarat Malaysia.
• The canonical name Isyarat Malaysia (xml) is missing.
• Bahasa Isyarat Maghribi, the canonical name for the code xms, is wrong; it should be Isyarat Maghribi.
• The canonical name Isyarat Maghribi (xms) is missing.

• Bahasa Isyarat Kenya, the canonical name for the code xki, is wrong; it should be Isyarat Kenya.
• Bahasa Isyarat Malaysia, the canonical name for the code xml, is wrong; it should be Isyarat Malaysia.
• Bahasa Isyarat Maghribi, the canonical name for the code xms, is wrong; it should be Isyarat Maghribi.
